The LUCKIN Car carriers Trailer are large truck-and-trailer combos that transport passenger cars, vans, and pickup trucks from manufacturers to dealerships and between dealerships.
They may be configured as flatbed single-level carriers or as multilevel carriers with open and/or enclosed options.
 

Product Instructions

Multilevel carriers are considered the most efficient vehicle haulers and are most often used by for-hire vehicle transport companies. Vehicles are typically transported on open 6-8-9 or 10-car carriers, which are 18-wheelers equipped with dual metal treads that allow vehicles to be driven on and off the trailers using integrated ramps. An open-air design accommodates oversized vehicles.

The car transporter can be made into different lengths according to customer requirements, the frame is a welded I-beam, and the entire body adopts automatic submerged arc welding and carbon dioxide gas shielded welding. After the welding is completed, shot blasting is carried out to eliminate welding stress and improve the adhesion of the paint surface, so that the quality is stable and the appearance is beautiful. The vehicle is equipped with a tool box, a spare tire rack, and a drip brake system to improve the safety of vehicle transportation.

The typical car carrier is usually a two story unit with several ramps controlled by hydraulics. These ramps can be adjusted in many different angles to accommodate vehicles if different lengths and heights. The hydraulics also allow for the top level to be lowered so vehicles can be driven up to the top of the carrier. 
Once the top level is filled it is raised and adjusted to make room for the vehicles to be loaded on the bottom of the carrier. Some carriers have what is called a headrack, which is an additional placement of a platform on over the cab of the truck to add another vehicle. The normal maximum for a trailer is 10, including the headrack.The controllers for the ramps are located on the side of the trailer
