LUCKIN VEHICLE supply cold chain logistics - the Tri-Axis Refrigerated Semi-Trailer, engineered for large-scale, integrated fresh goods transportation.
Boasting a remarkable 80-cubic-meter capacity and an ultra-lightweight design at just 8.6 tons, this super trailer offers 12 more cubic meters than conventional models-making it the ultimate partner for efficient cold chain delivery.
Built with high-polymer composite materials in a fully sealed, modular bonding structure, the trailer cuts weight by 15% compared to non-metal alternatives-boosting both payload and durability.
The insulated body features fiberglass reinforced panels on both sides, with 10cm thick polyurethane foam in between, bonded using high-strength resin and fiberglass mesh. It's manufactured in one seamless press under constant temperature and pressure with a 16-meter hydraulic forming machine, finished with aluminum alloy framing, stainless steel door locks, and an aluminum ventilation floor. Optional side doors are available.
Equipped with top-tier independent refrigeration units such as Zhengzhou Kaixue, Jinda K-series, Carrier, or Thermo King, it maintains temperatures as low as -30°C.
