Product Features:

1. The optimized braking system makes the dump trailer can stop within a shortest braking distance. 

2. Low Gravity center.

3.Fast discharge and less residual.  The inside of Luckin tipper trailer body is smooth and without corner pockets . So, the trailer's discharge can be faster.

 

4.Lighter tare weight. Luckin dump trailer adopts high-strength steel . It with a higher loading performance than the normal Q345 steel . In this case , the trailer's tare weight reduced by 20%~40% .
 

5.Less fuel. Luckin dump trailer can save 4~5L diesel for you within 100km

6.Advanced technology. Longitudinal beams are finished by submerged arc welding machine . Its two welding  joints weld the beam synchronously. It could effectively avoid the angular deviation or deformation of the frame's steel plate.  The trailer chassis are shot-blasted to improve paint adhesiveness and are painted before assembling
